Enrollment Period
Refund requests are only considered within the first 7 days of program enrollment or before the program starts, whichever comes first.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email our support team with your enrollment details. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days through the original payment method.
Eligible Conditions
Full refunds are provided if the program is cancelled by Quad AI. Partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances at the discretion of the management.
Non-Refundable Items
Registration fees, processed materials, and certifications once issued are strictly non-refundable.
Policy Changes
Quad AI reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and communicated to active students.
